RadyIntent Terms of Use

1. Project and operator

RadyIntent is a RadyOA research project operated by the RadyOA owner and authorized team. It investigates customer needs through keyword evidence and other research material, compares possible business models, and prepares opportunity briefs.

These pages explain the project. They do not offer public application registration, a paid subscription, or a service for connecting and managing other people’s advertising accounts.

2. Development and availability

The current version supports local research notes, keyword hypotheses, and evidence review. Google Ads API integration for keyword ideas and historical estimates is being prepared and is not yet available for routine research.

RadyIntent does not currently create, publish, or manage advertising campaigns. Describing a planned function does not mean it is already available or that Google has approved access to it. The project and its information may change as development and research progress.

3. Research limitations

Research records may contain assumptions, historical information, estimates, and unresolved questions. Keyword interest alone does not prove purchase intent, sales, profitability, or the feasibility of a business model.

Public descriptions of affiliate programs or products do not establish our account approval, contractual rights, commission entitlement, product availability, or permission to use a particular marketing channel. An opportunity brief does not authorize advertising, purchases, store launches, or other business commitments.

Decisions should take account of the source, date, scope, and limitations of the available evidence. We do not promise a particular research finding or commercial result.

4. Access and appropriate use

The research application is intended for the RadyOA owner and authorized team. Public access to these information pages does not grant access to private research storage or Google account information.

Do not attempt to access private systems without permission or submit information that you are not entitled to share. Contact us if you need to ask about the project or provide relevant information.

5. Third-party services

Google and other third-party services have their own terms, access requirements, and availability. References to those services describe intended use or research sources and do not imply partnership, endorsement, or approval.

Ecommerce implementation is separate from RadyIntent’s research work. These pages do not offer products for sale or create supply or delivery commitments.

6. Privacy, updates, and contact

The RadyIntent Privacy Notice explains how information is handled for the research project, its information pages, and project email. Other RadyOA features are outside the scope of these project terms.
