RadyIntent Privacy Notice
How we handle information for RadyIntent research and its public information pages.
Effective date:
1. Responsibility and scope
RadyIntent is a RadyOA research project operated by the RadyOA owner and authorized team. Contact contact@radyoa.com with questions about this notice or a request concerning your information.
This notice covers RadyIntent research, visits to the project’s information pages, and email sent about the project. It does not describe the separate processing associated with other RadyOA features, including LINE membership or booking services.
2. Research information
RadyIntent currently organizes research locally. Research records may include keyword hypotheses, source references, dates and market settings, notes, evidence supplied for review, and opportunity assessments. We use this information to investigate customer needs and document research decisions.
Research storage is private and intended for the owner and authorized team. If personal information is included in material supplied to the project, it is handled for the relevant research or communication purpose rather than treated as public information.
3. Planned Google Ads API use
The Google Ads keyword integration is still being prepared and is not yet in routine use. It is intended to request keyword ideas and historical keyword estimates using specified keyword inputs, markets, and languages.
When enabled, the connection may process the authorized Google Ads account identifiers, request settings, returned keyword information, and authentication information necessary to make those requests. Credentials and authorization tokens will remain in the private application environment and will not be published on these information pages.
Google information will be used for internal customer-need and opportunity research. We do not sell or publish Google account data, use it for advertising, or share it for advertising purposes. The planned keyword functions do not create or manage advertising campaigns.
If user OAuth is used, Google’s authorization screen describes the permissions requested when a connection is established. The application’s intended use of keyword-reading functions is distinct from the scope of permissions shown by Google. We will update this notice if the actual integration introduces different data practices.
4. Website visits and email
The website and its hosting systems may maintain access and security logs, including information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, and browser details. Functional cookies may be used to operate the website and its features.
If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide so that we can respond and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send passwords, authorization tokens, or other account secrets by email.
Hosting and email service providers may process information as needed to operate these services. Their involvement does not make private research or Google account data available for public use.
5. Access and disclosure
Access to private research information is limited to the project owner and authorized team for project work. Service providers may process information needed for hosting, email, or other services used to operate the project. Information may also need to be disclosed where legally required.
We do not sell Google account data or publish it as a research dataset. Public descriptions of RadyIntent do not disclose private account information.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information while it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, such as the relevant research, responding to a request, operating the service, or meeting an applicable obligation. We delete information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
You can request deletion or ask about information relating to you by emailing contact@radyoa.com. The owner will review the request, identify the information concerned, and explain the action taken or any information that must be retained. The review also considers relevant stored copies and backups.
If user OAuth is used, removing the app’s authorization through your Google Account stops future access through that authorization. Other authentication methods require the owner to remove the corresponding account access or disable the relevant credentials. Revoking access and deleting information already retained by the project are separate actions; contact us if you also want us to review retained information.
7. Information security
RadyIntent uses private research storage and restricts access to the owner and authorized team. Authentication information for the planned Google connection is handled in the private application environment. We do not claim that any storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this notice when our data practices change and revise the effective date shown above. Questions and information requests can be sent to contact@radyoa.com.
